The Learning Module aims to increase competence in detecting energy saving potential and proposing corrective measures to improve energy efficiency in an economically effective manner for buildings undergoing energy retrofit. An application useful to predict the net present values and cash flows created by investments in different energy efficiency measures and packages of measures in buildings is provided. Final considerations focus on cost-effectiveness and cost-optimality of different retrofit actions.
