The Learning Module aims to provide general description of national and EU regulations for the design and maintenance of thermal and RES installations in buildings with efficiency and energy saving requirements as presented in literature. In recent years, a common European regulation has been created in order to establish a common regulation in which all member states respect the agreements in order to have a joint strategy.
