The Learning Module aims to provide general description of relevant laws, policies, rules, regulations, standards that govern energy auditing and competences of energy auditor as presented in literature. In recent years, a common European regulation has been created in order to establish a common regulation in which all member states respect the agreements in order to have a joint strategy.
